Whether you’re eating blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, cranberries, or plums, berries are some of the most amazing help foods out there. Berries contain more antioxidants than any other food. They are low in glycemic value, meaning they don’t cause weight gain, and they can help the neurons in your brain communicate more effectively, improving your memory.
