It's Bob and Jakob (Dylan) Black Crowes Blues Traveler Cheap Trick and Plenty More!

Nashville's 2001 River Stages Music Festival returns to the five stages that span the Cumberland River from Gay Street to the Shelby Street Bridge. Warm weather, and a relaxed atmosphere brings music fans galore to see their favorite bands and artists.

SFX, the event's sponsor, has gathered an awesome lineup for the three day event. Scheduled artists include The Black Crowes, Blues Traveler, Bob Dylan, Cheap Trick, The Cult, Crazy Town, Duncan Sheik, Evan & Jaron, Joan Osborne, John Prine, Lucinda Williams, Steve Earle, String Cheese Incident, Train, and the Wallflowers.

Of course, Dish is hoping for a Bob Dylan/ Jakob Dylan father son duet. Think it can happen?

Last year, the successful event generated five million dollars within the Nashville economy. In addition, the Festival raises considerable funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, a voluntary national health group aimed at combating the neuromuscular diseases that affect more than one million Americans.

So, Rain or Shine, mark your calendars for Friday, May 4 (4:30 pm -11 pm), Saturday May 5 (12 am-11 pm) and Sunday, May 6 (1 pm-8 pm)
