Decadent Chocolate Cocktail Recipes!

OK! OK! We know you’re trying really hard to watch your weight during the holiday season! Still, you only live once, so you might as well have at least a little culinary fun this year, with these unforgettable, easy to create, delicious and sexy chocolate libations. Treat youself, your loved ones, and anyone else you can think of with these unforgettable home-made treats. And don’t forget, you can always diet in January!


  Chocolattini Recipe  (2 Servings)


Chocolattini2 shots vodka
3 scoops coffee ice cream
1 1/2 teaspoons (or more) Nielsen-Massey (or your favorite brand) Pure Chocolate Extract
1/2 cup ice cubes (to taste)
Chocolate syrup to garnish (the kind that makes a chocolate shell)
Chocolate sprinkles 
and a Candied Cherry on top

Place 2 stemmed martini glasses in the freezer

Add vodka, ice cream, extract and ice cubes to a blender and mix until thoroughly blended but not watery.
 
Dip the rims of the chilled martini glasses in the chocolate syrup. Fill with Chocolattini mixture, garnish with sprinkles and cherry, and serve.



  Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake in Mint Condition  (2 Servings)


Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake in Mint Condition2 shots Bailey’s Irish Cream with a hint of Mint Chocolate
2/3 ounce Smirnoff Black Cherry Flavored Vodka
3 teaspoons Cheesecake Pudding Mix
1 Black Cherry
Whipped Cream
Dark Chocolate Shavings
Mint Sprig

Shake together Bailey’s with a hint of mint chocolate, vodka and pudding mix in a cocktail shaker with ice to chill. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with black cherry, whipped cream, dark chocolate shavings and mint sprig.



  Ultimate Chocolate Manhattan  (2 Servings)


Ultimate Chocolate Manhattan2 shots Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
2 shots Bulleit Bourbon
2/3 ounce Godiva Chocolate Vodka
2/3 ounce Ginger Liqueur
Godiva Dark Chocolate Bar Shavings for Garnish

Combine Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Bulleit Bourbon and Godiva Chocolate Vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain over ice into a chilled martini glass. Shave a Godiva dark chocolate bar over the drink for garnish. (Created by Beate Kiser, Mixologist, New York)



  Haute & Steamy  (2 Servings)


Haute & Steamy2 shots Godiva Chocolate Vodka
2 cups of Coffee (amount as desired), divided into 2 glasses
1 scoop Whipped Cream
Caramel Sauce for Garnish
Pour Godiva Chocolate Vodka into two snifter glasses. Add hot coffee as desired. Top with a scoop of fresh whipped cream. Drizzle caramel sauce over top for garnish. (Created by Beate Kiser, Mixologist, New York)



  Chocolate Seduction  (2 Servings)


Chocolate Seduction2 shots Iceberg Vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz walnut liqueur
1 oz chocolate liqueur
Finely grated bittersweet chocolate

Combine Iceberg Vodka and liqueurs in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into two cocktail glasses. Top with Chocolate and serve.
